i met a big issue seller at around 2pm today and he told me that he’d been out since 8:15am and i was the second person all day who hadn’t ignored him. so in 6 hours, only 2 people bothered to stop and treat this man like a human being. i walked down the road and looked back to see shoppers just walking past him like he didn’t even exist 

i hate people sometimes 

if you have the luxury of being able to spend dozens of pounds on clothes/gadgets for yourself and your family etc. how can you just walk past and ignore a homeless person standing in the cold trying to get your attention just so he can earn a pittance. how can people be so selfish, self entitled and cold
